As most here will tell you, our stations worked fine prior to the September 2016 migration. Now we deal with inaccurate data, intermittent resets of rainfall amounts, loss of connectivity and this has been going on for months without resolution.
It's now Jan 2017 and all they can tell us is that they're "working on it". After 4 months, I've lost confidence in their ability to adequately support their products. Perhaps most concerning is that they continue to market their products and services knowing these issues exist and have existed for many months.
Buyer Beware seems to be the best advice many existing users can offer. We're frustrated and deserve a product that performs as promised by the company.
