Chaney Instrument - Instrument no longer working
My Acurite weather station IC66088A-1099RX has a problem
Our Inside unit shows indoor temp and humidity OK, but shows nothing regarding temp and humidity from the ourside. It but does not appear to be receiving signals from the outside sensor. We have Installed new batteries and thoroughly cleaned all available contacts in both units, but no change. The outside unit red light glows briefly every 15 seconds. We would greatly appreciate any suggestions that you can provide regarding what is necessary to restore this unit to fully working condition. We have come to rely upon this sensor and display unit to keep us up to date on temperature and humidity conditions in our home, and in the surrounding outside environment.
Please advise the best solution to this difficulty.
