How about reading the documentation, Cheney has not owned Acurite for years. Go to www.acurite.com Easier to *** I guess than to actually Google Acurite.

Not if they can't get to someone for help
Have three Acu>Rite products and am unable to contact "anyone" to answer a couple of very simple questions that are not even covered in their instruction manuals. No phone, total lack of customer service both online and email.
What a way to run a company that once was a good company.
Will never buy or recommend Acu>Rite products to anyone ever again. Hope someone from the company reads this....???
